Return Policy
All items in our store are custom-created per order, and we take pride in crafting each piece with care. Because of the personalized nature of our products, our return policy is as follows:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or exhibits defects (such as crooked or faulty printing), please notify us within 2 days of delivery. To initiate a claim, the following is required:
- Photographs of the defect or damage must be submitted within 2 calendar days of the delivery date.
- For claims involving printed defects (e.g., crooked designs), a clear photo showing the entire item must be included.
- All images should clearly show the issue and the item as received.
Review Process
Once we receive the required documentation:
- We will review your submission within 2 business days.
- If your return is approved, you will be given the option to:
- Return the item(s) for a full replacement, or
- Opt for store credit (proof of purchase required).
Return Window
- Approved returns must be postmarked within 10 days of return approval.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with no signs of wear or use.
- If items are not returned within this timeframe, we will consider the case closed.
